Q :- Is ETS an ISO-9002 Certified Company?
A :- Yes, ETS is an ISO-9000:2000 certified Companies.

Q :- Which market ETS cater to?
A :- ETS is both in the Export market and as well as Indian market

Q :- Can ETS develop a new product for customer?
A :- Yes, ETS is doing this for last 20 years. ETS has been developing customized new products for their customers worldwide with an option of both 100% and 50% tooling cost participation.

Q :- What kind of tooling ETS can make? Is ETS having designing capabilities?
A :- ETS has an advanced, modern tool room with own R&D facility and advanced machines. ETS has successfully designed & developed many new products for different customers the recent years.

Q :- Are there possibilities of carrying out any minor alterations in the existing product as per Customer's needs?
A :- Principally, it is not possible to make any alterations in the basic design. However, if a customer is willing to participate in the expenses for the required modification, this can be done.

Q :- Are all deliveries made by sea?
A :-Yes, we normally make all deliveries by sea, unless the customer specifically demands and pays for the delivery by Air.

Q :-What is your normal delivery (lead) time for any overseas order?
A :- Normally it takes 30 days to dispatch the goods from the date of order confirmation and advance payment in our bank. Presently ETS, does not stock any products but have plans to keep stock of standard products in the near future.

Q :- What is the currency & terms offered by ETS?
A :- ETS generally offers prices in any of the universal world currencies such as US Dollar, Euro & UK Pounds. The rates offered are 'FOB' / F. O. R. (ex-works) basis. For Indian buyers the payment shall be in Indian currency.

Q :- How does 'ETS' market its products in the overseas market?
A :- Our products are available in the international market mainly under the brand -"ETS". We export the consignment directly to the importers (some of them have given repeat order and given lot of reference in last 20 years).

Q :- Which are the countries where ETS machine is being Exported?
A :- Our machines are exported to all the five continents of the globe. Some of the countries are Abudhabi, Saudi Aribia, Spain, Malaysia, Vitnam, Maxico, Thailand, Pakistan, Germany, Bangladesh, Nepal, Thailand, Singapore, Ukraine, U.A.E., Myanmar. Greece, South Africa, Nigeria and many others.

Q :- Can ETS offer goods in special packing and Brand ?
A :- Yes, if the order quantities are feasible to print a special box, we can supply the products in plain white boxes or with a customized packing design given by our customers (but in our own brand). However, if a customer specifically wants the goods supplied with the Customer's brand, or any other marking on the product, then we can do it after receipt of the necessary tooling participation cost. The order quantity also has to be large enough to make this feasible.

Q :- What is your Standard Packing?
A :- Our standard packing is mostly a single piece in an individual box in a strong export worthy Master Carton packing.
